The BT-series consist of sustainable base oils using a revolutionary new class of biobased synthetic compounds called Estolides. Estolides are made from organic fatty acids found in various bio-derived oils. They can be used as the primary base oil of a lubricant formulation, a component of a base oil co-blend, or even as an additive. These high-performance base oils are suitable for a variety of applications, such as: Industrial Lubricants, Personal Care, Metalworking Fluids, Grease, and Food Grade.
The BT base oils are compatible with commonly used lubricant base oils and additives. As a result, they can be used as a drop-in replacement for most existing formulations available in the market, today!
